More details have emerged on the proposed move of Chippa United striker Eva Nga to Orlando Pirates.
As reported by the Siya crew recently, the Buccaneers have moved closer to securing the services of the big Cameroonian striker after tabling a two-year offer.
As things stand, Nga is happy with what the Buccaneers have offered and it’s believed he will be registered once the transfer window opens.
Furthermore, the Siya crew understands that there is an option for Pirates to extend the 29-year-old’s contract, if they are impressed with his contribution. The Buccaneers, who finished the campaign with a 2-0 defeat to SuperSport United on Monday night, are looking to have a striker who can bury the chances they create and have identified Nga as one of their options for the 2022/23 campaign.
Pirates have given Gabadinho Mhango their blessing to join AmaZulu, while the future of striker Tshegofatso Mabasa is unclear at this stage. So, they are already looking for reinforcements for next season.
Nga was also a target for both Kaizer Chiefs and AmaZulu, but it appears the Buccaneers have won the race to secure the services of the former Bidvest Wits forward, who finished the campaign with 10 goals in all competitions.
