Kaizer Chiefs legend Nhlanhla Kubheka believes it would be a huge mistake to write off Itumeleng Khune despite his form.
Khune has struggled to cement his place at Naturena, with Daniel Akpeyi getting the nod last season while Bruce Bvuma also impressed when called upon.
According to the former Chiefs defender, Khune can still reclaim his number one spot, but that only happen if he changes his attitude.
"For Itumeleng Khune, I think if he can change his attitude and work hard, he can challenge for his position, he just need a personal coach, goalkeeper matured at big age and look at Andre Arendse and Hans Vonk delivered at big age," Kubheka told the Siya crew.
"I think he has been in a comfort zone and needs someone to discipline him and remind him what he's capable off, we know what he has done and we can't write him off, he just needs to get his head right."
The 34-year-old also recently penned a two-year extension with the Soweto giants.
