Orlando Pirates have confirmed the signing of four new players ahead of the 2021/22 season!
The Buccaneers took to their official website to announce the first four captures of their season.
Pirates have strengthened in all departments it appears; with an attacker, a midfielder and two defenders, although they are expected to add a few more players before the start of the season.
"Orlando Pirates Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Goodman Mosele, Monnapule Saleng, Bandile Shandu and Kwanda Mngonyama," the club announced in an official statement.
As predicted by the Siya crew, Pirates concluded the signing of highly-rated midfielder, Mosele, with Evidence Makgopa yet to be announced by the club.
The crew also reported that Bucs were leading the race for Mngonyama, who was a free agent after parting ways with Maritzburg United.
Bandile Shandu's exit from the Team of Choice last week all but confirmed his move to the Soweto giants, while the crew reported in June that high-flying Saleng was poised for a move to Pirates.
As confirmed by the club, Mosele has penned a four-year deal, while Shandu and Saleng have penned three-year deals respectively. Mngonyama meanwhile has penned a two-year deal.
With the new additions finally being announced, a few exits are expected to take place at the club in the coming days, with the Bucs confirming that players who were out on loan will be assessed by the technical team before a final decision is made.
