Finally, Kaizer Chiefs can sign players and the club has confirmed the arrival of six new faces at Naturena ahead of the 2021/22 season.
As reported by the Siya crew over the last several months, Amakhosi have now announced goalkeeper Brandon Petersen, defenders Sifiso Hlanti, Sibusiso Mabiliso, Njabulo Ngcobo, midfielder Phathutshedzo Nange and Kgaogelo Sekgota.
The Glamour Boys also confirmed the return of Given Thibedi from his loan spell with Swallows FC in a post on their social media platforms.
It’s understood more could follow, with the Siya crew reporting yesterday that Austin Dube has been added to that list.
Petersen, Ngcobo and Sekgota have put pen to paper on three-year deals, while Hlanti and Nange have signed two-year contracts at Chiefs, a side that is headed to the final of the CAF Champions League next weekend.
Chiefs' FIFA ban was lifted on July 1.
