Middendorp

Maritzburg United head coach Ernst Middendorp was left to rue missed opportunities as his team failed to claim a victory in their DStv Premiership clash against Swallows FC at Harry Gwala Stadium on Friday night.
The Team of Choice were held to a 1-all draw by Maswaiswai in their own turf.
Maritzburg were looking to win their second game in a row after they defeated Stellenbosch FC 1-0 this past Tuesday.
However, the German mentor insists that playing against a top four club was always going to be a mountain to climb.
He went on to say that his players should have killed the game off when they had the chance to do so.
“We produced a number of clear chances but should have taken them,” he adds.
“We will take the point, it will be valuable for us in the fight to stay in the league.”
