Kaizer Chiefs confirms date for CAF quarter final with Simba

Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed further details of their CAF Champions League quarterfinal clash against Simba SC later this month.
A week after the two sides were drawn to face off over two legs, the Glamour Boys have now announced that they will host the first leg at FNB Stadium on May 15 at 6pm, with the return leg scheduled Dar es Salam a week later – May 22.
Kick-off there will be at 3pm SA time.
Chiefs have enjoyed a historic feat in the Champions League this season, making it to the group stages of the interclub tournament for the first time ever and then following that up by qualifying for the quarterfinals.
They are now part of the last eight teams that could go all the way, but have to beat Simba, who finished top of their group ahead of Al Ahly, over two legs.
Chiefs said the club would make more announcements regarding travel plans as well as whether the match will be broadcast.
No fans are allowed at the FNB Stadium.
