Super Eagles Victor Moses may be automatically signed on a permanent basis at the top of the season if crucial conditions are met by the club, According to the managing director of the Spartan Moscow, Yevgeni Melezhikov.
Yevgenii Melezhikov who was interviewed by Sport Express said that the decision to sign Moses doesn't depend on the club. "

Meanwhile Moses who was part of the Super Eagles team that won the 2013 African Cup of Nations left Chelsea in late October to Russian Premier League Side Spartan Moscow on a €300,000 loan fee and will remain till the end of the season.
Moses who is recommended as a top level player since his arrival to moscow has bagged three goals in fourteen match appearances and the Russian side requires a ton of five million euros to permanently secure his future.
