McMillan joins Fleetwood Town

South African striker Max McMillan has joined English League One side Fleetwood Town from Leeds United.
The young forward has been going through the ranks of Leeds since the age of six.
Born in Yorkshire, the 18-year-old has ties to South Africa through his father and has voiced that he would like to play for Bafana Bafana in the future, with the South African Football Association aware of his eligibility from his time at Leeds.
He has put pen to paper on a deal with the Cod Army until the end of the 2022/23 season, with the club holding an option of a further year. The striker has joined up with Stephen Crainey’s Development Squad with immediate effect.
