Zaidu Sanusi is eager to feature in the squad that will be facing the London side Chelsea in the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
The Super Eagles defender viewed through as a substitute when Porto won his former club CD Santa Clara during the weekend.
Sanusi who was seen training with the Porto Fc in their final workout after his arrival from the African Cup of Nations Qualification will travel along with other teammates to Seville where the will battle with the Blues.
However, Sanusi was a major player for the Dragons in the Champions League during his initial season at Porto, the defender started all eight matches in the competition, bagging one goal.
Meanwhile, Chelsea boss has shortlisted 23 player names who will be travelling to Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán - Seville for the Champions League and England youngstar Faustino Anjorin is not included.
