Chippa United

Despite losing to high-flying Mamelodi Sundowns in the league earlier in the week, who went on to beat Orlando Pirates last night in the Nedbank Cup, Chippa United are confident about their chances to make history by reaching the final of the prestigious competition.
The Chilli Boys will play second tier outfit Pretoria Callies in the semi-finals at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday.
Despite the club positioned in 15th place on the DStv Premiership log, the Eastern Cape side has its sights set on a cup final this season for the first time in the club's history.
“We are going to the final, we are going to play to win to go to the final. We are going to make history. See how we have been playing until we reached the semi-finals, we played very well. We met big teams and we beat them.
We are not saying Pretoria Callies is a small team, but we are going to give everything, and we are going to win the game,” Chippa striker Eva Nga Bienvenu said, speaking to the media.
